Reality and thoughts
I have been observing for many years, in general no members of a brahmin family on their own beg or demand for financial assistance. The reason may be on account of ‘Swaabhimaana’ or rather not to create embarrassment. We need to assess a brahmin family whether the family is poor by making friendship with the family, then visit the home and slowly enquire. Then only we will come to know the reality. This may be one of the reasons for Brahmins not getting any benefits in the society. Every brahmin appreciates this Swaabhimaana, but, the question is who is there to help.
